With home bases in Minneapolis, MN and Detroit, MI, I frequently travel between both cities - but I'm always ready to go wherever your love story takes me, across the U.S. or worldwide. Most weekends I'm not shooting weddings are spent with my little family exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and looking for fun activities to entertain our little one.
I shot my first wedding in 2021 and fell in love with it. I love capturing couples and families in their element. I want your end result to feel extremely unique, and perfectly capture the feelings and emotions of your day.

Engagement sessions can take place at a location that feels natural to you—whether that’s an urban setting, lakeshore, architectural venue, or outdoor landscape. I’m happy to suggest locations based on season, light, privacy, and overall aesthetic, or you’re welcome to choose a spot that’s meaningful to you. Travel within the Twin Cities metro is included, and destination or extended-travel locations are available upon request. If permits or fees are required for a specific location, those are the client’s responsibility.
Most engagement sessions are scheduled around the best natural light, typically in the evening close to sunset. This allows for softer light, better skin tones, and more dimensional images. Seasonal timing will vary—summer sessions may start later, while fall and spring sessions often begin earlier. I’ll help guide timing recommendations based on your selected location and the time of year to ensure optimal conditions.
Engagement sessions are designed to be relaxed and guided throughout, even if you’ve never been professionally photographed before. I’ll provide light direction and posing prompts to keep things natural while ensuring you look polished and comfortable on camera. The goal is to create images that feel authentic and effortless rather than overly staged. Planning to arrive a few minutes early, allowing time for outfit changes, and keeping hair and makeup simple and timeless will help the session run smoothly and maximize your time.
Each engagement session includes time for two outfits. I recommend one more polished look and one more relaxed option for variety in your gallery. Neutral tones, texture, and movement tend to photograph best, and coordinating rather than matching is encouraged. Once your session is booked, I can offer general guidance on outfit selection and how clothing choices can affect the final look of your images.

My wedding collections range from $4,500 to $6,500+, with all standard fees included. The only additional costs are an optional one-hour engagement session—available at a preferred rate when paired with a wedding collection—and any applicable travel expenses. Each collection includes comprehensive wedding day photography coverage, full digital rights to all delivered images, and a private online gallery designed for easy viewing and sharing with friends and family. A professional second photographer is also included on the wedding day to ensure complete, well-rounded coverage. A $200/day travel fee applies to all weddings located more than 60 miles from Saint Paul, Minnesota. This fee is all-inclusive, covering gas and overnight lodging for the night of the wedding. In some cases, the fee may be reduced or waived if overnight accommodation isn’t necessary, such as when the wedding ends early or under other specific circumstances—let’s chat if this might apply to your day! For weddings requiring air travel, an additional fee covering roundtrip airfare, car rental, and lodging will be added to the total package cost.

A second photographer is included at no additional cost in all of my wedding collections. Having a second photographer allows for more complete coverage of your day, particularly in situations such as separate getting-ready locations, large family groupings, or a tightly structured timeline where efficiency is essential. With two photographers working together, moments can be captured simultaneously from multiple perspectives, helping ensure nothing is missed while keeping the day moving smoothly.
